Recently, Mike Booth, the creator of “The Road to Survival,” announced in a Reddit community post that he is leading a team to develop a new 4-person cooperative shooting game.

According to Booth, this new game will incorporate the unique elements of ‘The Road to Survival’. If you enjoy the team collaboration, tension, and repetitive playability of “The Road to Survival,” then you are likely to find it very interesting, “Booth wrote.” In the game, I have expanded the modes of cooperative gameplay in the way I have always wanted to explore
Booth was once the founder of Turtle Rock Studios, a game development studio for the “Survival Road” series, serving as CEO and game director. He resigned four years after Turtle Rock was acquired by Valve in 2012. Since then, Booth has served as an executive at Blizzard Entertainment and Facebook. He joined Bad Robot Games in December 2020 and has been serving as Chief Creative Officer since February 2022. Bad Robot Games is the gaming division of a comprehensive entertainment company founded by director J.J. Abrams.

Booth revealed that his new game is still in the early stages of development, but will organize several rounds of gameplay testing for a small number of players in the future.
