Assassin’s Creed: Shadow is set to land on the Switch 2 platform on December 2nd, and foreign players have now released a comparative video comparing the graphics between the Switch 2 version and the PS5 Pro version.
Comparison videos:
Firstly, the comparison of outdoor scenery
The graphics of the Switch 2 version are already exquisite enough, but the PS5 Pro’s depiction of leaves is more detailed, and the PS5 Pro’s expressiveness is also significantly stronger.

Next, compare indoor perspectives from the same location. Here, the lighting on the Switch 2 version seems to be stronger. It is currently unclear whether this is due to differences in console performance or adjustments to game balance.
Compare the scenery seen from the mountain road: On Switch 2, you can see the beautiful lake shore in the distance, but on PS5 Pro, the lake is shrouded in fog, making it difficult to see clearly.

On the contrary, the PS5 Pro has sufficient performance reserves to accurately depict the fog enveloping the lake.
Let’s take a closer look at the details of the snow bushes.
On the PS5 Pro, some leaves are clearly visible and not obscured by snow. On Switch 2, the entire bush is covered in snow, and the leaves are completely invisible. Although this will hardly affect the gaming experience, the PS5 Pro is indeed more refined in terms of details.
From the comparison video, it seems that the PS5 Pro has better picture quality. However, the advantage of Switch 2 is that it can be played in handheld mode, so the gaming experience itself cannot be directly compared.
